It’s been one year. One year since this yogi mama pushed out an 8-lb-er. One year since my right ham string feels like it’s shortened up about 1/2 a foot. One year since my body has shifted in ways that I can’t really explain but can just sense. Our bodies are so intelligent. The more we cultivate our innate intelligence…our inner knowing…by being aware of our breath, by moving our bodies and noticing the subtleties of those movements, the better we can show up

A few weekends ago, millions of my soul sisters (yes, we are all connected like that) gathered around the world to connect and march together for women’s rights, immigration rights and civil rights. Here’s something that, when I initially heard it, was hard for me accept: Everything that makes you upset, that annoys you, that brings you fear, is a reflection of your inner self. Think of something that typically annoys you. Not having a tidy room. Not being able to organize the way you want. When someone makes a

About six years ago, I wanted to change my life in a big way. I read up on so many women entrepreneurs who had done what I wanted to do. I signed up for all their newsletters, read books they recommended or wrote, did exercises they had done themselves, and attended workshops they were running or they had gone to, including online teleseminars and talks. From them I found more successful people, more interesting ways to live my most authentic self, to get my message out, and to live a
