“Jennie, I really need yoga in my life – when are you teaching?” “Jennie – what’s a good yoga pose for stress?” “Jennie, I hurt my back…is there yoga for back injury?” “Jennie – I’d love to start doing yoga but there just isn’t any time.” Some people know me as the “yoga gal” which is something I’m totally not complaining about. Every year a “theme” comes to mind that will be my overall intention for the entire year, then I’ll create smaller goals that live up to that intention. (See past New Year’s posts here). This year, Success and Abundance made the cut. However, it’s been off to a rocky start. Some of my smaller

It is so rare to have a human birth. But if you’re reading this, I’m assuming you are one of them. How lucky ;). “To be born a human being is a rare event in itself, and it is wise to use this opportunity as effectively and skillfully as possible. We must have the proper perspective that of the universal life process, so that the happiness or glory of one person or group is not sought at the expense of others.” Dalai Lama I was talking with someone recently who
