Essential oils are helpful all year round, but certain oils are helpful in different seasons. Come learn about what oils to use for gardening, to apply to prevent and care for bug bites, to keep pests out of your home, and to care for those summer burns.
You will also receive information on how to take your health into your own hands by using essential oils safely and effectively for everything from a clean home, to mood and pain management, to an increase in energy to making over your medicine cabinet.

Due to popular demand, we are excited to announce the launch of TWO classes per week this summer!
Come join us for FREE yoga classes every Wednesday and Saturday from June 1st to July 30th at the Worcester Commons (behind City Hall). Open to the entire community – for all ages. No yoga experience necessary.
Wednesdays: 12pm – 1pm
Saturdays: 10am – 11am

Join Jennie and Rebecca for this three hour mini-retreat that will balance your entire being, allowing you to experience a sense of wholesomeness and peace. This retreat will incorporate practices that will synchronize your body, mind, and heart including guided meditation practice to calm your mind, gentle-flow yoga to balance your body, and heart-opening chanting with live music performed by Jennie and Rebecca. Aromatherapy and Thai massage will be incorporated throughout the retreat to further enhance your retreat experience. You will leave feeling refreshed, centered, and balanced. This retreat is open to all – no experience necessary.
